19 weeks, spotting after sex?

Warning this post may have a little TMI.. my husband and I had sex tonight and it wasn’t necessarily “rough” but since being pregnant I don’t even want to think about sex so it’s super rare that we do it. I *did* cramp for a little bit after the sex but that’s normal for me if he finishes inside of me. Tonight I was actually really in the mood so when he was going to finish I told him to finish in me and I cramped a little like I expected, and when I went to pee directly after sex there was no spotting. But I’ve been spotting since about 20 minutes after that though and it’s been 2 hours. It hasn’t gotten worse, I’m planning on calling my doctor in the morning but I’m just wondering if anyone else has spotted after sex during pregnancy. Could this be normal? Any advice? I have no cramping anymore at all.. just nervous stomach now from being worried ☹️
