Urgent Care or OBGYN?

So I have a bit of a pickle. I think I'm developing a UTI. I'm pretty familiar with them and prone to them normally and now that I'm well into my second trimester, I'm sure they're going to become more frequent. Anyway, I usually don't waste anytime when I get that familiar feeling and just head straight to a local Urgent Care to get antibiotics. However, now I'm wondering if I should wait. We have our anatomy scan at our normal OBGYN tomorrow where we get to find out the sex (yay!). I am also still taking Zofran daily for nausea, I'm on daily Lovenox injections (blood thinner for FVL), AND I'm allergic to amoxicillin (the most common antibiotic prescribed to pregnant women) so I know I'm not an easy fix as usual. So do I risk going to an urgent care where their main goal is to get you out quick, and risk them overlooking a drug interaction or do I wait until we have our anatomy scan tomorrow at our OBGYN office even though I probably won't be seeing the doctor?
