Look to the future

In December we started fertility testing and then low and behold I found out I am pregnant. We still wanted to check out results mine came back fine however my Husband has been told he has a low sperm count. Now I'm starting to think after this pregnancy will I ever conceive naturally again. Can anyone tell me some success stories of being able to conceive multiple times with a low sperm count. We don't know how low his sperm count is as the Dr said futher testing would be pointless because I am pregnant.
