No. Unless you want your child licking it off their hands. Soap and water (or baby wipes) work just fine.

Remember babies put their hands in their mouth a lot. I wouldn't use anything that I wouldn't put directly in their mouth. I make my own hand sanitizer using witch hazel, water, and baby safe essential oils. Plant therapy has an oil blend called germ destroyer that I use. I spray it on hands when we are out and about. I use it on the table and highchair at restaurants. I spray it on doorknobs and light switches in our house when we are sick. You can diffuse it too and have it clean the air. It's awesome.
