Anxiety
How do y’all deal with anxiety.... my first ob appointment is Thursday and I’m a wreak! I’ve had 2 ultrasounds previous and they were both great with good heartbeats. I’m still just so scared something will be wrong this time. I’ve had 8 losses in the past and have never gotten this far but I’m still so scared and can’t be excited.
