If you easily disappoint....
Consider not getting your cervix checked! I see so many mamas saying how disappointed they are in how much they're dilated or how much they've progressed. This can really damper your labor because in can cause you stress. Stress= not safe environment which means birth may not progress. Just my two cents ☺️
