#TTC Confuse

Hey I need help I’m kind of confused because I’m TTC for more than year now because I am not ovulating by myself Because I have PCOS so I just took my ovulation test while I’m taking Provera so I don’t know because I never got a positive ovulation test!! If i barely got it but its like my LH not really high enough. I took the ovulation test today and it came out positive I’m gonna attach picture as well please help mee should i stop taking provera to get my period? Because my gynecologist did my blood test last week and my HCG were really low she said you are not pregnant neither you ovulated!! So is it false result? Because im taking hormones to get my periods?
