I don’t have any support...😔

I have been in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend for 2 1/2 years. We met while I was on vacation in his state and the rest is history. We have been long distance our entire relationship and now that I am finishing school, we are beginning to plan what life will look like when I graduate college this spring.

He hopes that I will try moving in with him because he owns a home and is very comfortable in his job. I would love to give this a shot, but I have no support from my family. I am a home body, so I know moving will be hard but I love him and I want to give it a shot. I don’t want to upset anyone in the process and it will be significantly harder if I don’t have the support to move from my family.

Don’t get me wrong, my family members have a great relationship with my boyfriend. We always spend lots of time with them whenever we have the chance and the frequently speak in support of our relationship/him, but it seems that in everyone’s minds, it is only acceptable for him to move here.

I’m terrified to even bring up the idea of moving because I know everyone is going to go against me. What do I even do?
