Trigger shot gave me an immediate positive OPK

I went in for my ultra sound today to see if I am ready for IUI tomorrow. I have 2 follicles that are big enough to consider mature. I was kind of hoping for more.. should I??

Well, silly me I forgot my trigger shot AT HOME! Who does that?! All I can say is that it's been insanely busy at work and I spaced it. So the doctor had to give me instructions on how to administer the shot myself. I did it, but I was afraid I didn't give myself enough medicine. I tested with an opk before the shot and then about an hour later hoping to see that it worked. Sure enough, looks like it did! Fingers crossed that tomorrow's IUI takes. Today is my birthday so I am hoping it is my day!!
