Feel a bit stupid
I had cramp in both legs in the middle of the night whilst in bed . I tried to stand up as this normally helps and my legs gave way and I fell smack on my butt. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and it's my first time and I'm just worrying a bit. Baby was moving straight after, but still, I worry!
Anyone else has a fall and all was okay?
