I need help. Blood clot or miscarriage

Hello, apologises in advance for the photos.

I just need some help. I was experiencing bad pains in my stomach not extremely bad but enough to feel uncomfortable. I assumed I was coming on my period, as I was two weeks late. I was late once before so I just assumed it was happening again, also I put it down to stress because I was going through a bad time.

I then put a pad on and In the morning I woke up to this. 

I know this isn’t the doctors but I was just

Too scared to show anyone that I knew because or the doctor because I didn’t know what it was. I just took a picture.i just want to know what it is. Either a bad blood clot or early miscArriage. It happened last week so I didn’t know what I would say if I went to the doctors now..
