Exclusively pump

Hello all! This is my first baby and I'm looking for some advice/experiences on those who have chosen to exclusively pump from birth. What did you do while still in the hospital? Did you wait until your supply came in to start pumping? Did you nurse at all or just bottle feed at the hospital?
