Positive or Negative?

I have been testing for 5 days and the last 2 have looked like this. My control line is never very dark. Glow says it's negative but other app says high level (not peak). Glow has changed my ovulation day 3 times and AF is expected the 21st. What do you ladies think?

Still doesn’t look like a positive. 
And note: Ovulation normally occurs about 1 week after your period ends, or about 2 weeks before your next period begins. Then once you see/feel egg-white (ew) in consistency, stretchy, and slimy (you can tell that it’s slimy when you wipe) cervical mucus (cm), then you will normally ovulate a couple days after. Thus, best to start Baby Dance (BD) on the first day you see/feel ewcm, and continue on at least every other day.
