I've had mild cramping all day, but always in the same spot. I'm 6 weeks along. Is this something I should worry with and call my doctor? Or do I need to chill out because it's totally normal? No spotting- just the mild cramps.

It can be normal, but if you ever concerned you should always phone midwife, even if it’s for piece of mind, stressing is no good for mummy or baby, like I said it never harms to have piece of mind x

Completely normal...and a pain...my cramping lasted several weeks off and on and some days seemed constant.
