So ladies I need some advice

So me and my man been together for 7 months and we had a pregnancy scare I thought I was pregnant and he wanted to get married so he bought me a ring then comes to find out that I was not pregnant and he kept the ring for like 3 months he just gave me the ring back on his birthday a few days ago and I didn't know how to take it because he say we engage but he don't act like we engaged he worked three jobs and his mother is all in are business he's a mama's boy and I just need some advice on what to do because it's driving me crazy I haven't talked to him since Saturday he hasn't called me I've been calling his phone blowing them up he not answering I'm texting him everything could someone give me some advice please thank you.
