Pumping Work Moms.
Working moms, How many times a day do you pump? I currently work 8-2 and pump at the following times:
5 AM
7 AM
930 AM
1130 AM
230 PM
5 PM
8 PM
10 PM.
I’d love to reduce pumping sessions and stop at 5 PM Instead of 10 PM and just feed baby from breast instead. What is your schedule like? How would I reduce late pumping sessions without getting mastitis?
