I need help!!!
Lately I’ve been having so much trouble sleeping I can’t fall asleep and I can’t stay asleep either. I haven’t changed anything my room is the same and I’ve always been able to sleep I could litterly lay in bed and 5 minutes later I’m asleep but lately I can’t go to sleep and when I do I wake up like an an 1 or 2 later do you guys have any ideas ( I’m not stressed either and all my “living conditions” are the same)
