Need some advice please

My last period was 4 days late and i done a test which showed a vvfl then i bled for one day with no period pains nothing and the blood contained like a slime to it which i have never had and i always bleed for 3 days not 1 but now my boobs are so painful my nipples are sensitive and now im getting a very uncomfortable pain in my pelvic area feel sick am very hungry so i really dont know what to do. I have doctors later but thought i would ask all you ladys. Thankyou
