Can't sleep back hurts and feel restless

I'm in my 16 weeks and so restless my head hurts my back hurts I feel like I'm getting restless leg syndrome this is my fourth baby I have 3 healthy amazing kids already but I don't remember feeling this restless with my past pregnancys idk if it's because I'm in my early 30s now or what because I had my other 3 when I was in my early and mid 20s I waited to get pregnant with number 4 because of having c-sections with my last 3 anyway is anyone else restless?
