Painful periods

Hello ladies

since I miscarried in september (10 weeks baby) I had 4 periods all of them were extremely painful and the flow were heavy also the blood color range between bright to dark red ,, i got my periods every 32 day I’m wondering why I didnt get pregnant and whats wrong with my periods if anyone can relate to my situation

I also dont get ewcm since the miscarriage I only get creamy white cm
