Sperm or CM??

We just had sex this morning... about an hour ago. I went to check my cervix just now and this came out...

According to the app I’m 7dpo. We chose not to track this cycle. My cervix is high firm and closed. My nipples are on fire!!! I got a negative hpt this morning.
