I am.confused

Can somebody help me!!! I haven't had no Depot since the first one I had that was back n October 2017 I supposed to went back in feb2018 but I didn't go back so it's been 9 months since I had that...but being on the shot I never had no period had symptoms just for beginning after a couple of weeks I was back to normal make a long story short I went to the restroom on yesterday evening after making it back from out of town n use the bathroom n then wipe myself I saw blood but i don't cramps I'm just feeling like what's going on but I don't even have to put on pad I just put tissue inside of me because I don't know if it's my period or not what could be going on
