Maternity leave.
I'm so upset I found out as long as I have a normal natural birth my job only pays for 4 weeks maternity. I have 2 weeks vacation, so I can use that and take 6 weeks. I can get unpaid for a total of 12 weeks, but I dont think I can afford that. :(
