Confused and need a bit of help

I had a mmc and had a D&C November 15th I had a bit of red spotting for 2 days then that was it. The spotting ( I would more call it brown discharge as it’s never enough to get on a pad or my underwear) I’ve had since has been so random and always brown. I got my first negative 3 weeks after the D&C, I tested last Thursday it was negative still.

Is the random spotting just random spotting or has anyone had the same, I’m basically 8 weeks post op now surely I can’t be spotting from that

Pretty much ignore the temps as I don’t really do it properly and maybe once a week lol
