Bfn or BFP

AF was due on the 24 she didn't visit I locked her out hopefully. I put it in the chart they moved her to 2mar she's suppose to come. I know my body and it feels like she isn't coming which is a great thing. I have mild cramps then they leave my boobs oh boy I could cut them off they hurt so bad and my head has been killing me all this is new to me. I have took test and they were negative. I have been taking Geritol for all most a month now. When should I retest or what is the best option for me??
