Birth control first time using concern

Okay so I’m 21 and just starting taking birth control on Sunday and my doctor told me if I get any pains in my legs or arms to stop taking and go to the er as I could have a blood clot. Today is Tuesday and I have taken two days worth of pills so far I don’t take the third until tonight but yesterday morning into today I have like a sore type of pain in the back of my calf as if I have a giant bruise but I don’t. Now I have anxiety so I worry a lot my question is do any of u think I should be concerned and go to the er or wait like 2 days and see if it goes away
