Don’t know what to think and it is killing me!! Help!!

I went to OB on Jan 3rd after not having a period since November (very abnormal for me my cycles are always 29 days and like clock work) slight spotting in December and few VVVFL positives and negatives as well. I got a faint positive urine with them in office, negative blood work and negative ultrasound. When she felt my uterus she said it felt like it should when growing a baby. I’m due to go back this Thursday but the wait is killing me! I tested today not with FMU the positive test line came up stayed for atleast a full minute I walked away to wait the rest of the 3 mins came back and it was gone. Could I still be pregnant??? I am extremely bloated, dizziness, nausea on and off, extremely sore breasts, late for this months period by 2 days, and extremely emotional!!
