Help please 😩

So I know this is a long shot but if anyone had any input please let me know. So on December 4th I got a cold sore and a little red bump on my cheek. And I didn’t think much of it and it went away so I didn’t worry. Then on January 8th it came back. Same cold sore. Same bump. I have PCOS so I’m not sure if it’s related to ovulation? But I have my period 12/3-12/7 and spotting 12/26-12/28. Any input is better than nothing. Thanks in advance. 💞
