Hi everyone! I’m currently pregnant with my 3rd baby and have had two vaginal births with my first two.

Since there were complications with my last baby (GBS+ and 50-second shoulder distocia), and because I’m small-framed but tend to have big babies, my doctor said that there is a very good chance that they will recommend doing a c-section as I get closer to my due date.

My last baby was born at 38 weeks, so I’m just wondering if they will try to schedule this baby’s c-section for 38 weeks as well? How do doctors determine when to schedule a csection? I’m assuming they won’t wait until I’m in labor to do the csection.
