Is it possible to feel little flutters/movements at 7/8 weeks? I had my first ultrasound yesterday for this baby and I was measured at 7w. (Pretty much right where I should be). They found everything they were looking for but they apparently couldn’t find nuggets heartbeat.. they said I was probably having a miscarriage but I’m not bleeding or have any signs of one..
