Growing glutes?
I just got a maxiclimber (not sure how much it’ll actually grow glutes but I know I’ll at least get a little toning/muscle going on) but I’m trying to figure out how many calories & protein I would need to gain muscle and tone up?
Any calculator recommendations?
I’m 5’5 and probably 117-118 lbs. Apparently I need 118g of protein? Which seems like A LOT!
