So. I'm not sure how to even begin describing this. Ha.

According to the app I'm 2dpo. I don't track because I find it stresses me out too much. I don't use opks.

But. Last night I had the weirdest..Like.. tugging feeling almost really down low. Like..right on my pubic bone but to the left.

I was on the depo shot for 3 years

I've been off for 2 years. My cycle is back to normal..whatever normal is! And had been for about..4 months.. Glow is pretty good at predicting my next period.

What is this tuggy sensation? I'm so out of sync. Prior to coming off the depo I hadn't had a period in almost 4 years so I can't remember.
