Early signs of pregnancy??

Have I conceived? I have had pelvic cramping, I believe my discharge is like Leukorrhea today i have felt kind of dizzy and sick but nothing too bad and no strong nausea. Hmmm could these be early first signs of a pregnancy?

One of my first symptoms was dizziness . I almost passed out one morning out of no where .  Could be . Good luck 🙏🏼👶

None of that automatically means you’re pregnant. It could be other stuff. If you think you’re pregnant, you have to take a test
