Think I had a short LH surge?

Question

I took a test on day 17 and it was pretty dark but not blatantly positive. I just can’t tell if I should consider that to be the day I ovulated. I took a test today and there was barely any line at all. Do y’all think I had a short LH surge and the 17th was probably the day I ovulated? I’m new to these so trying to figure them out! Thank you!

I'd say keep testing .. kinda had the same happen to me

This was yesterday in the evening when I had a clearly negative one that morning.. then this was followed by three tests that were much less positive but I knew that almost positive one wasn't a full positive 
Then today I got this

Hcg just for reference ... But the two LH came up within 3-4 minutes and were clear positives.. you can definitely tell now that the first pic is not positive .. so maybe keep testing and see if it darkens anymore .. good luck!! 😊😊✨
