Pregnancy after MC - 1st ultrasound

Hey ladies! I'm 5 weeks pregnant and trying to be optimistic. I need some support! It'll be our first child. We've been trying for 3 years and our first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage just a few months ago. I had some bleeding and cramping, so my OB put me on progesterone and aspirin. He's measuring my HCG weekly and it seems to be going well. I have an ultrasound on Saturday to see if our baby is viable and if it has a heartbeat. I'm so nervous!!! Have any of you been through something similar? Any words of wisdom? Thanks! All the best to all of you!
