Possibly pregnant?

I'm on the BC pill but I forgot to take 4 or 5 in a row. My lmp was December 11th and had sex right after on my fertile days. I started to spot (only when I wipe) on the 1st.I usually spot 1-2 days before my period my period but I was supposed to get my period today and it's not here. I've had cramps last week and tender breasts and a little nauseous, some insomnia. I have 2 kids already and i wouldn't be mad if I was pregnant but when should I test? Tomorrow or wait a few days?
