Should I worry..?

Two days late on my period. Last time on my cycle I was on my period and I went over to my boyfriends and we didn’t have penetrative sex but we did grind naked (with a condom on) and then he came on this towel and then he put the towel away from a couple of hours and then he ate me out and i used that same towel he used to cum on to wipe myself on accident. Two months ago my period was late by 3 days and last period i was early 3 days? Or could my timing be off? I’m expecting PMS symptoms but I can’t but get anxiety
