anxious

my bf and i had sex last week, my periods are normally 2-4 days late each time, i had sex when it was 2 days late (i have not had sex before that since before my last period) when we had sex, he used a condom and did not cum inside of me. Using logic there’s not really a chance of pregnancy but now i’m 8 days late which is not normal for me. i’m very stressed and anxious about it. i can’t help but research every possible reason and of course pregnancy comes up and i get stressed. help!
