I’m not one, but my sister in law is. She loves the field and wants to eventually become a dentist herself. I think she really enjoys being an assistant and she likes that she gets to assist in all different sorts of procedures. However, from what I understand, the pay isn’t that great. But it has the potential to get a fair bit better.
