The worst cramps ever!!!

The first day I'm on my period,I got to the bath room and have these really bad cramps and I try to take pills but my body will no let me take the at all and then she I'm in pain for like 2 hour I would have to throw up even when I had nothing to eat that morning I'm throwing up something from like yesterday then when I'm done I still get cramps for like 20 min or so then it stop uhhh.
