feeling insecure

my boyfriend and i used to have sex a lot but right before new years he told me that he wants to stop having sex in 2019 so he can become more holy with god and not sin so much ... i feel insecure because of that because i overthink it and feel like it’s cause my body and because i’m not good enough.. he still says that we can do oral and stuff like that but it’s like, that’s sinning too kinda... i’ve tried talking to him about how i feel cause i do still wanna have sex but he always turns me down but sometimes he still hints at wanting head.. so it’s like why please him if he won’t please me..
