Could I be having a herpe outbreak?

My SO has herpes idk if I have it never had an outbreak or sore and DR doesn’t want to test me unless I get a sore, but these days after we were intimate I became really ITCHY now I have tiny pimple like everywhere. Idk if I should call my DR.. it’s not as much a big deal but I’m currently 16w pregnant..
