Discharge from nipples?

Currently 15 DPO. When I squeeze my nipples liquid comes out.. now I’m not sure if this is an early pregnancy symptom or not, but AF is 2 days late. On her expected day I had spotting that I figured, I was out for this month then that entire day and since then AF is not here. I’m guessing that was spotting? I’ve never experienced it before. I tested the day AF was due and negative. I’m just curious if anyone knows something about this ? If it’s possible I could test again and get a BFP?
