Vaginal Tear/hymen breaking

Hey guys, I was wondering if I could have some advice. I'm a virgin and a couple nights ago I used a dildo for the first time. It wasn't a large one or anything but it still hurt. I tried to relax but once I got it in my muscles kinda clenched and I panicked a bit and pulled it out and I started to bleed. It was a lot of blood at first but then it stopped after ten minutes or so and I've had spotting the past two days. It doesn't hurt or sting or anything it's just the blood, have I possibly got a tear? Or was it just my hymen breaking?

I'm debating whether to go to the doctors or not, so any advice would be great! Thank you!
