Does Anyone Else Get Anxiety About Their Health?

For years I’ve always had so much anxiety when it comes to health. (I’m only 17). Like if I feel the littlest pain I’ll think I’m dying. Like rn I currently think I’m having a heart attack.

Yeah my stomach cramps when I’m worried about something health related especially if I’m at the doctor. I feel like they’ll tell me I’m pregnant or I have brain cancer. Google doesn’t help

yes, but if it becomes really extreme to where you start thinking a simple cough is *insert disease* then you might want to research into hypochondriacs, but at the moment im anxious about my health too love

I do, but that's because we've got a genetic condition that causes a whole host of problems. I had zero symptoms at your age and then like five year later there goes my hips. 10 years later I'm in constant pain and exhausted. Everytime something is wrong I genuinely think how long until it eventually kills me.
