Semen analysis

I started my fertile window today and got a flashing smiley on my digital ovulation test. I wanted to see if my husband went to have a semen analysis at 9 this morning, could we still BD tonight and it would help/be Okay? I just wasn't sure that would be enough time for them to build back up and I don't want to miss our chance this month.
