Confused 🤷🏾‍♀️

Started taking Natures Truth Prenatal Vitamins last month. Had sex 3 times thru ovulation (according to glow) period due 7 days ago no sign of it and no Positive test... I’m starting to worry about my body 😔 my son is 13 years old while my diet was very screwed up and I smoke. ive been eating better taking vitamins and only drinking water . I have been on no birth control for over 5 years. I was on the iud for 10. Had a check up after it was removed Doc said I was good to go. Any advice???
