Am I A Bitch?

So little background. My SIL is an active drug addict. My husband has stayed away from her as he is a recovered addict, and she used to be a source of getting drugs. My MIL and passed away two weeks ago. His father is now insisting we give her rides to get money he sent her, and restarting a relationship with her. I am not about that life and feel like a terrible person for it. Am I wrong for feeling this way? It is always something else with her. Also, I am worried for my husband. He overdosed twice running with her. I just am scared to go back through that terrible life.
