Boyfriend moved in - need input

So my boyfriend of 2.5 years just moved in with me a few weeks ago. Up until this we were long distance and saw each other on average once a month sometimes less. I was excited for him to come and now that he’s here I just feel so blah about it. He hasn’t really be a very good boyfriend either since he came which is probably why I feel this way.

My birthday was last week and he completely forgot about it. He knew when it was and even told me he was going to take me out for supper and then the day came and he completely forgot about it. And he wasn’t even very sorry about it either if anything he was a dick about it when I was upset and crying about it. Since then I don’t even want to do anything nice for him as I feel so unimportant to him even tho he tells me ten million times a day that he loves me. Actions speak much louder than words. Forgetting my birthday hurt me terribly.

He also never took me out for supper because he is struggling with money again and has no money to take me out. Which is fine but also gets pretty old sometimes. I’m hoping this will change with his new job.

I haven’t even really wanted to kiss him since he moved in or even have him touch me. I’ve gone through this before in past relationships as well where I’m not overly into physical contact. This may also be a result of me going back on my birth control a few weeks ago but I have no idea.

What are your ladies thoughts on all of this.
