So my sister missed her period & took two pregnancy but she’s been saying that she has really bad menstrual cramps before she took the pregnancy test she was take two 500mg Tylenol a day because she couldn’t stand the pain she’s having discharge with a little bit of blood. Can it be a early miscarriage or implantation?
